Valerie Robancho

Valerie first got involved in theatre in her middle school production of “Blithe Spirit.” Since then, Valeria became more interested behind the scenes than being on stage.

Valerie is a self-taught stage manager and over the years has been involved in various productions around Fairbanks, including shows for UAF Theatre, the Palace Theatre, Rocky Horror Picture Show, and various independent burlesque shows. Valerie has been stage manager for “Sound of Music,” “Daddy Long Legs,” and “All Together Now.” She is currently working as the Activities Director for the Fairbanks Pioneer Home.

When Valerie is not stage managing a show, she can either be training her dogs (Mahal the Wonder Dog and Saoirse), performing comedy burlesque, and chopping wood.
